Members Eligible to Vote in ACAAP’s Election 2024-2026
The Election Commission after scrutinizing the Nomination papers received for Election of the Executive Committee of ACAAP for the term 2024-2026 has declared following candidates who have qualified to contest Election on total Twelve (12) vacant seats.

In compliance with Trade Organization Rules 2013 and ACAAP’s Election Schedule 2024-2026, it is notified that the polling for election of Members Executive Committee, will take place on Tuesday 17th September 2024 from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM at ACAAP’s Head Office, Karachi and ACAAP’s Regional Office Region ‘B’ Lahore and Zonal Office Region ‘B’ Sialkot respectively.
Please Note:-
Associate Class Members will cast their vote for Associate Class Candidates only.
Corporate Class Members will cast their vote for Corporate Class Candidates only.
Objection:-
If any, may please be submitted to the Election Commission by Thursday 29th August 2024 upto 05:00 PM
Withdrawal:-
Candidate can withdraw his nomination/candidature latest by Wednesday 11th September 2024 upto 05:00 PM
Important Notes:-
- Votes to be cast in person, proxies not allowed.
- The polling will be held through secret ballot at venue ACAAP’s Head Office, Karachi and ACAAP’s Regional Office Region ‘B’ Lahore and Zonal Office Region ‘B’ Sialkot respectively.
- Access to polling area shall be restricted to eligible voters/or polling agents. Staff Members of Members Companies shall not be allowed in the premises.
- Taking pictures inside the polling area is strictly prohibited.
- Candidate shall not be allowed to campaign / canvass inside polling area and / or within 10 meter of the restricted area.
Members are requested to please comply above instruction and your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
