The Election for the vacant seats of Members Executive Committee of ACAAP will take place on Monday 16th September 2024 from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM at
· ACAAP’s Head Office, Karachi

· ACAAP’s Regional Office Region ‘B’ Lahore

Flat No.4, 4th Floor, Shan Arcade, Barkat Market, New Garden Town, Lahore
· Zonal Office Region ‘B’ Sialkot.

Office No. 1, Jawad Center Defense Road, Sialkot
Please Note:-
Associate Class Members will cast their vote for Associate Class Candidates only.
Corporate Class Members will cast their vote for Corporate Class Candidates only.
Important Notes:-
- Votes to be cast in person, proxies not allowed.
- The polling will be held through secret ballot at venue ACAAP’s Head Office, Karachi and ACAAP’s Regional Office Region ‘B’ Lahore and Zonal Office Region ‘B’ Sialkot respectively.
- Access to polling area shall be restricted to eligible voters/or polling agents. Staff Members of Members Companies shall not be allowed in the premises.
- Taking pictures inside the polling area is strictly prohibited.
- Candidate shall not be allowed to campaign / canvass inside polling area and / or within 10 meter of the restricted area.
